Passenger Assistant
Make a real difference to children and young people on their journey to school. Join our team of dedicated passenger assistants across Merseyside and surrounding areas.
What Is a Passenger Assistant?
Passenger assistants (PAs) travel with children and young people on school transport, providing care, support and supervision throughout the journey. Many of the children we support have special educational needs (SEN), physical disabilities or other complex needs.
It is a rewarding role that makes a genuine difference every day. You do not need previous experience in transport — a caring, patient and professional attitude is what matters most.
